Public Works Online Planroom items as indicated above must be downloaded for viewing and printing. Pending agency participation, some items such as Plans, Specifications, Planholder Lists, Bid Schedules, and Addenda may be omitted on some projects.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL POLICY: Your subscription will renew automatically on the renewal date, however, you may cancel anytime before your renewal date and not be charged for another term. Once you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of the current term. We do not offer full or prorated refunds once the new term has commenced.

HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION: On the BidAmerica website, go into your “My Account” and click “Subscriptions”. Then, “Cancel”. (Phone Call, Verbal, and Email cancellation notices are unreliable and therefore unacceptable)

NO RESALE OF SITE: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the site, use of the site, or access to the site. You further agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy items obtained from this site for resale to third parties without the express written consent from BidAmerica and the originator of the item.

ACCOUNT SHARING: Service is intended for a single user only, per account, based on email address login. Sharing account information is not permitted. When a user A accesses another user B’s account when they are actively on the account, User B will be logged off and redirected to a warning page on what occurred.

SUBSCRIPTION FEE: All discounted subscription prices may only apply to the first month of service. After the month, such discounted prices may increase to our standard list prices. Automatic adjustment of subscription prices is subject to an increase of up to 5% annually.

PRIVACY POLICY: We will never sell or rent any personal information collected from you to any third party. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites; this information is made public to subscribers in the Visitor Activity Log.
